GB Maxi - Youth League Weekly Updater Test V4

This is now a real weekly-harvest test built from the supplied v24b Youth Top-10 scraper logic. It first checks the actual Youth League Week 1 standings column (the column headed 1). A division is skipped only when every club has 0 points specifically in Week 1. Cumulative season Points are NOT used for this decision. It does not change the public rankings.

Run S107 Week 1

The selected week column is checked first. If any club has Week 1 points, the calendar is used to discover meeting IDs and the actual meeting dates are then verified. An active division must produce exactly two Week 1 meetings dated 09/07/2026 or 10/07/2026 or the save is refused.
